To increase awareness of youth suicide through evidence‑based research, empowering the youth through education, training, and understanding of factors that contribute to suicidal thoughts and behaviors. Implementing movement‑focused programs that use physical activity as a protective factor - reducing depression, strengthening mental health, and fostering resilience.
